We are accredited by Highfield Qualifications to deliver certified food hygiene courses.

We can also develop and present bespoke training courses which refer to your own policies and procedures thus reinforcing the requirements of your company.

Training can be carried out at your choice of venue subject to suitability.

The following HABC accredited courses can be presented:

  • LEVEL 2 AWARD IN FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (RQF)

    This course is aimed at non-supervisory food handlers and catering service personal for example delivery drivers, maintenance team members and pest control staff.

    This qualification is compliant with industry and regulatory standards as well as being widely recognized by environmental health practitioners and other enforcement officers.

    Duration of course: 1 day

  • LEVEL 3 AWARD IN SUPERVISING FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (RQF)

    The level 3 award is intended for supervisory team members it expands greatly on the content of the level 2 award.

    The Level 3 Award is ideal for food and beverage managers, supervisors and senior team members.

    This qualification is fully compliant with industry and regulatory standards as well as being widely recognised by environmental health practitioners and other enforcement officers as a significant qualification in the demonstration of commitment to food safety.

  • LEVEL 3 AWARD IN HACCP FOR CATERERS (RQF)

    The level 3 award in HACCP is intended for chefs, supervisory staff and managers in catering.

    The course is intended to give team members a better understanding of how HACCP can be applied in the catering industry. It covers hazards and controls for each step in catering operations, how you implement and verify a HACCP based food safety system.

    This qualification is fully compliant with industry and regulatory standards as well as being widely recognised by environmental health practitioners and other enforcement officers as a qualification which enhances an understanding of HACCP principles.

    Duration of course: 1 day

  • LEVEL 4 AWARD IN MANAGING FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING (RQF)

    This level 4 course is for catering industry managers who have responsibility for food safety in a premises or a group role.

    The course is an in depth learning tool which covers all aspects of food safety and provides learners with sufficient knowledge of hazards and the controls required to develop, implement and operate suitable food safety procedures.

    Duration of course: 5 days
